Congratulations to our #SRSI 2023 intern Faisal Al-Sayyari who has made it to the national stage of #IBDAA. This is a great achievement by our student Faisal Al-Sayyari, who is now competing to represent #SaudiArabia at #ISEF, with the SRSI research that he conducted over the summer at #KAUST.
Additionally, Al-Sayyari won 6th place for his research and development on the subject of “Designing a Novel Vertically-Stacked Nanowire-Based Complementary Field-Effect Transistor for Low-Power Applications”. Under the mentorship of Prof. Talal Al-Attar, Al-Sayyari worked closely with Dr. Bijo Joseph from TRYSL Tech. The research has been conducted between the KAUST labs and TRYSL TECH labs.
We are proud of Faisal’s achievement and look forward to his future accomplishments.
