Job Description:

The employee will be part of TRYSL Analog IC Team to design, simulate and characterize different CMOS structures and analog circuits. The team typically involves in researching, designing, developing, testing and training others on wireless SoCs.

Key Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of RFIC circuit design. Direct tape-out experience with one or more of the following blocks: PA, LNA, mixer, oscillator, PLL, LO, VGA, and filters in CMOS technology.
• Experience in designing RF Front-end architecture and system-level requirements.
• Experience in integrating RF Front-End with ADC/DAC.
• Experience is defining minimum ADC/DAC requirements for successful integration.
• Experience in defining requirements for selected analog/RF blocks, selecting appropriate IPs and integrating it with the full system.
• Experience in silicon characterization and debugging of analog, digital, RF or mixed-signal circuits, including experience with lab equipment, and data analysis tools.
• Advantage: Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks including baseband filters, bandgap references, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, OpAmps, comparators, and switched-cap circuits
• Advantage: Experience in power management circuits.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Electrical engineering, electrophysics, electronics engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Synopsys Custom compiler and ADS tools is highly recommended.
